- No Door Knocking: Employees and representatives are not permitted to approach residential or commercial properties uninvited for the purpose of offering services or promoting the company.
- No Cold Solicitation: Unsolicited in-person sales pitches, distribution of promotional materials, or any form of uninvited solicitation is not allowed.
- Client-Driven Approach: We believe in building relationships through trust, referrals, and our strong reputation. All interactions with potential clients must be initiated by the client or through legitimate inquiries.
- Professional Conduct: Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects our company’s commitment to integrity and professionalism, both on and off the job site.
Enforcement
Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. We take this policy seriously to ensure we continue to differentiate ourselves in the construction industry as a trusted, client-first company.
Acknowledgment
All employees and contractors must acknowledge this policy in writing and agree to abide by it during their employment with Boundary Waters Construction.
